Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Virtual Assistant, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong background and knowledge in copywriting and design.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting and Design Background/Knowledge:
- Utilize expertise in copywriting and design to understand project requirements and collaborate effectively.
- Ensure that all project elements align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality in copy and design outputs.
Quality Assurance Outputs:
- Conduct thorough reviews of copy and design elements to identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Task Delegation:
- Efficiently delegate tasks to team members, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Foster collaboration among team members and external partners to maximize productivity and creativity.
Hybrid Setup and Reporting:
- Work in a hybrid setup, and be able to report to the office at least 3 days a week or as required.
