Overview
Our clients are busy professionals or business owners who need help- but sometimes don’t know where to start. Our job is to help them identify how we can help make their lives easier and free up their time. Because of that, we tend to brainstorm and provide solutions rather than simply take orders for tasks.
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in Zendesk, Content fries and Canva
- EFSET C1/C2 English proficiency
- Proven Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Be savvy and learn things like content fries
- You’re an A+ listener and communicator with the ability to synthesize feedback and be the customer's voice and the client’s brand representative
- You are eager to spend your days speaking with customers on the phone, via email, chat and/or ticket management
- You're driven and goal-oriented. It can be challenging to stay focused with so much freedom and autonomy, but you're great at striving toward the prize.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, or crm platform comments.
- Answer emails, manage calendars.
- Create Weekly Reports of the transaction and growth of the tasks that have been assigned to them.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Upselling products/services: Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Create SOP / Create, review, and organize spreadsheets and keep online records.
- Rate – $4 per hr.
- Telemedicine Insurance after 90days.
- $50 Retention Bonus every 3 months.
- Paid US Holidays (either Part-time 4hrs or Full-time 8hrs)
