Recent LinkedIn postings show today’s Community Managers must blend customer care, analytics, and AI-assisted content repurposing to keep audiences loyal and conversations authentic.

The Growth & Community team exists to turn every social touchpoint into a brand-building moment. By pairing human empathy with smart process design, we grow engaged communities that drive referrals, insights, and sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Re-activate & schedule social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) using Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Moderate our flagship Facebook Group —approve posts, enforce guidelines, and spark “Western-eloquent” discussions within four hours.
- Monitor & triage comments/DMs daily, resolving 95 % in-channel and escalating edge cases.
- Repurpose content—clip webinars, build carousels, or craft email snippets from long-form assets.
- Execute SOPs flawlessly (e.g., UTM tagging, “no-index” thin pages, spreadsheet clean-ups).
- Track community health metrics (sentiment, response time, member growth) and share quick-win insights.
- Maintain an organized asset library in Google Drive or Notion.
- Provide weekend/holiday social cover on a shared rotation (≈ 1 weekend/month).
Must-Have Skills
- Native-level written English—concise, friendly, inclusive.
- 2 + yrs social media management with scheduling tools & Canva basics.
- Facebook Group moderation experience with clear etiquette enforcement.
- Proven SOP adherence and documentation discipline.
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO signals (tags, status codes, no-index).
- Self-management in a fully remote environment—prioritization, async updates, deadline ownership.
Nice-to-Haves
- Generative-AI fluency for copy drafting and content ideation.
- Light video/graphic editing (CapCut, Adobe Express).
- Entry-level analytics/reporting (Looker Studio, Sprout Social sentiment dashboards).
- Experience juggling multiple brands or creator accounts.
