This isn’t just a “set it and forget it” job. As our Funnel & Automation Architect, you’ll be the mastermind behind scalable funnels, robust automations, and smart systems that accelerate lead flow, drive conversions, and boost lifetime value (LTV). Your mission? Ensure nothing slips through the cracks—ever.
You’ll architect, build, test, and optimize every step of the funnel journey across our lead magnets, webinars, VSLs, and beyond. All inside a unified GoHighLevel instance you’ll control like a pro.
💼 What You’ll Own
You’ll lead funnel strategy and execution end-to-end, including:
Funnel Architecture
- Design complete direct-response funnels (ads → landing pages → upsells → follow-ups).
- Wireframe flows that map cleanly to business outcomes.
GoHighLevel Mastery
- Build pipelines, snapshots, automations, and SaaS-mode environments.
- Use the page builder to create fast, mobile-optimized landing pages that look good and load fast.
Lifecycle Automation
- Launch email, SMS, DM, and voicemail sequences that nurture, ascend, and re-engage leads.
- Build evergreen sequences that generate 30%+ open and 5%+ CTR.
Tracking & Testing
- Implement UTM tracking, server-side tagging, and multi-touch attribution.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests across funnel assets—kill losers, scale winners.
- Keep CAC, AOV, and LTV metrics aligned with business goals.
Implementation & Collaboration
- Drop in proven copy, offer flows, and upsells—no need to write from scratch, but you must know what converts.
- Work with media buyers, copywriters, and CS to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Document processes in ClickUp and Trainual for scale.
📈 In Your First 90 Days, You’ll:
- Audit and migrate all existing funnels into a centralized GoHighLevel instance—zero downtime.
- Launch at least 3 direct-response funnels (lead magnet, webinar, VSL) with:
- 25%+ opt-in rate
- 5%+ initial conversion rate
- Build automation sequences that consistently hit:
- 30%+ open rates
- 5%+ click-through rates
🧠 What You Bring to the Table
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years building high-converting direct-response funnels.
- 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel mastery—show us your builds.
- Strong grasp of HTML/CSS tweaks, webhooks, Zapier/Make, Stripe, and API integrations.
- A performance marketer’s mindset—CPA, AOV, LTV are your daily obsessions.
- Relentless drive for optimization and a “figure it out before it breaks” attitude.
Bonus Points For
- CRO certification (CXL, MECLABS, etc.).
- Experience with Shopify, Kajabi, ThriveCart, or subscription/continuity offers.
- Basic Figma/Canva skills to tweak creative on the fly.
