Scalewind is looking for a Designer Virtual Assistant (VA) who blends creativity with adaptability, and who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone with a design background who’s excited to learn and work with emerging AI tools to bring fresh content ideas to life.
About the Team & Role
As our Creative VA, you’ll join a team that’s all about creating value-driven content and staying ahead of the curve with the latest tech. Your primary focus will be content creation and execution — from social media visuals to AI-generated assets — and ensuring a seamless, quality-first approach to design and digital workflows.
This is not your typical VA role — it’s for someone teachable, tech-curious, and design-savvy, ready to get hands-on with tools like Heygen, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Canva, and WordPress (Elementor).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create engaging, visually consistent content for social media and marketing campaigns using Canva and other design tools.
- Use AI platforms like Heygen, Midjourney, and ChatGPT to generate creative assets, copy, and visuals.
- Assist in maintaining and building landing pages or simple websites using WordPress Elementor.
- Research and test new tools and AI software — quickly learning their functions and applying them to improve creative execution.
- Generate on-brand copy using AI tools and refine it for clarity, tone, and impact.
- Perform administrative and execution tasks related to managing design files, assets, and publishing schedules.
- Collaborate with the team to bring creative concepts to life — from ideation to delivery.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Must-Haves:
- Background in design (formal education or self-taught with portfolio).
- Strong understanding of visual content and brand consistency.
- Curiosity and adaptability in learning new tools and platforms — especially AI-powered ones.
- Basic proficiency in Canva, WordPress (Elementor), and general content creation workflows.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and other generative AI tools to create content and ideas.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Heygen, or similar tools.
- Copywriting or content writing skills (especially using AI support).
- Previous experience in a remote VA or assistant role.
- Familiarity with social media best practices and scheduling tools.
